This template for our STANDARD SIZE PLACE CARDS can be entered by opening Word and choosing tools > envelopes & labels > labels > in the options box make sure that the choice in the drop down box by "LABEL PRODUCTS is either Avery Standard or Avery A4 & A5  >  click new label
